WOMEN'S SELF DEFENCE CLASSES
Monday's, St Mary's Church Hall, Innox Hill, Frome
These Self defence classes for Women will focus on how to be safe in your environment and how to physically defend yourself against a male attacker - Whilst have a great workout.

If you want to feel safer and more relaxed in your everyday life, then these classes will give you skills to increase your confidence, both emotionally and physically.

Classes
Classes are friendly but serious. Training is always fun, but as the situations are serious there is a lot more focus on technique and fitness. Addrenalised training is used each lesson. There is Padwork and sometimes sparing between students. We talk about scenarios but adults have more life experience and sense so there is not so much play acting to explain. There are lots of practicing with each other and ramping up intensity. Students are also taught the Law in regard to self defence some hopefully from any encounter you stay on the right side of it.

Cost & Location
The classes are sponsored by Knightstone housing who want to make them accessible to all, so only cost £3 per class drop in. The venue is St Mary's Church Hall, Innox Hill, Frome. Easily accessible by car (own car park) and foot. (Map Here)

Children's Classes Coming October.

We are please to announce that we will be running children's classes Mondays at Holy Trinity Church Hall, Trinity Street, Frome at the following times:

16:00 - 17:00: Juniors (4 - 7)
17:00 - 18:00: Kids (8 - 12)
18:00 - 19:00: Teens (13 - 18)

1st class will be 3rd October. You will receive an email with more information next week. If not then please email me and I will add you to my list.
The skills you learn could save your life or the life of someone you care about!

Student will have a better understanding of how to avoid danger and to gain confidence in their ability to defend themselves should a situation occur. They will also get a good workout to start the day. Contact us
