This cutting edge Somatic Intimacy Training programme takes elements from Surrogacy, Tantra, Sex therapy, and Touch therapy, to create a deep dive into a sensual journey that awakens the senses and deepens emotional regulation. This training can be done to become a practitioner or to take a personal healing journey.
The profound transformation of Surrogate therapy has been well documented since its creation in the 1970’s by Masters and Johnson, sex therapists who recognised that single people have the same needs as couples, and deserve to explore their sexuality with a partner who cares for them. They trained practitioners who could meet their needs for intimacy in a compassionate way and engage fully, under the care of a trained counsellor. Sarah Sophia, a Tantra teacher, Somatic practitioner, Nurse and qualified Counsellor, has trained in couples therapy (Masters degree) and who has also trained in Surrogate theory, has brought all of these elements together into a cohesive training for our times.Sarah has taken many clients on this journey over the past 16 years.
Acknowledging yet moving away from the pathological lens of the medical establishment, she has created a system that is inclusive, welcoming diversity. She is assisted by Æris Grace, an Intimacy professional who is co-founder of The Intimacy Network in Belgium.

Cost & Prices
Cost is €1,500 euro. A deposit of €250 euro is payable to confirm the booking. A short Zoom interview with either Æris or Sarah will be necessary to book.

| | Sarah sophia (MA contemporary relationship studies) is a counsellor specialising in gender, sexuality and relationship diversity. she has a private practice in Bristol, where she also works as a nurse and somatic practitioner. sarah has a wealth of knowledge from many sources: she is Tantra teacher, shamanic teacher and has studied surrogacy. her aim is to train a new generation of practitioners who can meet the needs of a diverse community.

They have a heart for creating body positive, age affirming, neuro nurturing & queer friendly intimacy spaces. This Brussels based human loves to co create intentional projects with local creators and connect Belgium to the international world of intimate embodiment. In their work they combine sensuality, embodiment, eros & energy work with insight in contemporary relationships, queer theories and neurodiversity.
