Thank you for being with us for Class 3 today! If you missed some or all of the class, or want to review any of the meditations - the links are below. Please download to your computer if possible, as I will be deleting them by July 1. And be sure to complete all of class 3 before next Saturday's class. *I will do the soul essence exercise with those of you who missed it in class - we should do this before you listen to Part 2 of class.
*ALSO - I would love to do a video or phone check-in this week with everyone. Especially to help you define your SOUL ESSENCE. Please text or message me to set up a time to do this, we need about 15 minutes (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday if possible).
