I am really feeling connected to everyone in this class. Maybe being in quarantine is super-heightening my empathic pathways! Seriously. I'm committed to helping each one of you create huge breakthroughs in your abilities to be powerful creators of your art & your lives.

I will be doing a weekly support hang-out, between classes. Both in ZOOM & in the private FB group. If you want coaching, please join on ZOOM. If you want to watch privately, just mute your microphone & video on zoom. Or else you can just watch the Facebook livestream in the group. I will post in the private FB group & send out an email here - when I am planning to do a FB Live/ZOOM support session. Bring your questions, issues, etc & I can do some coaching and sharing. We will go no more than 1 hour. So check the FB group a few times a week, and check your email junk folders as well - although I think/pray that issue is resolved!

Hi SOULtuners <3 I named this course & group that, because it's a reminder for us to TUNE UP to our own SOUL VIBRATION.... and let that guide us - instead of our fear & ego survival minds enslaving us.
I will be posting in here a lot more, and doing ZOOM/ FB Lives each week now - to support the ongoing classes.... AND for everyone to re-visit the principles & practices, to stay connected with our individual awakening process & not get stuck in a rutty place too long.
We just did the 2nd class - DETACH - yesterday. This week, pay attention & try to catch yourself when you're thinking or saying out loud any of your specific shadow mantras. These are things that you tend to 'believe are true' when in fact they're just conditioning in your mind that has become your 'normal' - and these 'shadow mantras' are what keep us stuck in 'no possibility' - same old same old thinking, and nothing new can arise.
Here is how to practice how to DETACH from thought habits & limiting beliefs:
When you catch yourself tuning into a 'shadow mantra' - 1) notice it; 2) acknowledge to yourself that this is a conditioned belief or habit of thinking; 3) shift your focus to a better feeling belief that also feels true & say that one, out loud if possible, until you feel it & really let it in.
Example: shadow mantra: "Everybody else is (good at this/ talented at something / passionate about something/ enjoying life / etc) except me." Notice that, see that this is a practiced, familiar thought & belief. Pivot and look for something else that is more empowering and is true for you, i.e. - "It seems like everyone else is doing well and I'm the only one struggling - but maybe this is a good opportunity for me to practice reaching out & asking for support. I DO want to feel better and have more happiness & fulfillment, and I don't really know how to get there. But I'm willing to let others contribute to me, even if it feels uncomfortable. I can practice these principles & get better at expanding my comfort zone. I can move out of where I'm stuck. I'm willing to do the inner work, to have the outer shifts. And I'm grateful it's possible. I'm looking forward to getting better at creating my life, using the universal creative principles that work for everyone who uses & practices them, including me."
BE PATIENT with yourself! It takes practice to remember to do this inner work! We are SO USED to reacting to life and unwanted conditions as if they are 'problems' and it can get so exhausting and overwhelming, we can easily put our attention on the 'problems' and not the 'visions' we would prefer to live & create. Which wolf will you feed with your conscious attention? Make time for this. FEEL how it would feel in your body & emotions, to have the outcome you would PREFER! ALLOW yourself to build a new cellular energy pattern in your body & mind, by 'rehearsing it' in your body-mind / aka - your imagination. PRACTICE it into BEING.
It's like tuning a guitar. When it goes off tune (which guitars do ALL THE TIME!!!) - just re-tune it to the frequency/vision you prefer by FEELING IT. We don't get upset when the guitar goes out of tune. We just re-tune it. SO let's get more awake & aware of our need to re-tune our attention to what we WANT - instead of dwelling on what we DON'T want. Vibration communicates through the language of FEELING! Let yourself FEEL! Don't numb yourself with alcohol, internet, gloom & doom news, etc..... TUNE YOURSELF UP by putting your conscious attention on things that inspire you & feel GOOD to you.
