Hi Friend,
I'm loving connecting with everyone in the class this week. Thank you for making time to talk! A couple of notes, and then info for class 2:
*When you tune into your Practice Project for 3-5 minutes morning & night - be sure to imagine it being already fully created, and both SEE it and FEEL the positive heightened emotions (appreciation, gratitude, peace, joy, hopefulness, calm, celebration, fullness, inspiration, etc) of having manifested this in your life. See aspects of how having manifested this benefits you, others and the world. This greatly magnetizes the vibration of your vision, invoking Law of Attraction more powerfully. Don't focus on the 'how' or the process - just the vibe and experience of the completed experience. And turn any 'buts' into 'ands.'
*Remember - any time you feel yourself tensing, bracing, shrinking down, getting defensive or overwhelmed, etc - practice softening in your body or mind. Even just think the word soften and bring your focus to your breath and feel your body. This is to help shift you out of reacting (survival / fight or flight response) and back into your present felt sense and connection with your creative flow.
