Alma Speed Fox, her Honorary Chair, is supporting her for judge because “Rosemary is who we need on the bench.” Currently, there is only one black female judge in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas. If elected, Rosemary will become the first African American female elected to the bench in Allegheny County in this century.
Rosemary has the experience, commitment to public service, socio-economic justice, pro bono service, fairness, equality, integrity, and temperament that make her the most qualified candidate.
