Port Authority is seeking an Application Software Product Manager to oversee application software lifecycle and allocation, including requirements definition, purchase coordination, licensing management (both vendor and internal customer), quality assurance, and contract renewals.  Systems include extranet, intranet, mobile applications, administrative, collaborative and communications applications.

Essential Functions:  

• Responsible for overseeing software application lifecycle. This includes doing needs analysis with internal customers, defining purchase requirements (or coordinating same for internal development), coordinating purchasing documentation, managing licensing and contract renewals, and ensuring quality assurance testing is completed on both internal and purchased software.  Active and hands on involvement in the entire lifecycle of the applications management process in a team environment.
• Allocate, track, and ensure that software licensing is granted as needed to internal customers and is within contract terms.
• Leads projects to achieve roadmap goals: interfaces, coordinates efforts with consultants, vendors and internal personnel to assist in successful project completion.
