The film focuses on the disparities of infant mortality and maternal health, particularly among Black and Brown women. "The Ebony Canal" also explores the HERstoric portal between infant mortality and current maternal health. The documentary has been nominated for three Webby Awards.
Winning a Webby will propel this project forward, amplifying its exposure and impact!
