ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Girl Program and the Girl Experience, Outdoor Experience and Property teams. You will have the privilege of promoting Girl Scouting as an inclusive sisterhood that provides a girl-only safe space.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate and compile all invoices, expenditures and credit card expenses for approval;
- Coordinate meetings, reserve locations, and plan meeting logistics;
- Process requests for activity insurance and Certificates of Liability for program meeting sites and program activities;
- Support the program and property teams with inventory of program supplies, documentation, and compiling data;
Requirements:
- Degree in communications, a related field or equivalent professional experience;
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Communicate in a clear and understandable manner;
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook and willingness and ability to learn new systems;
- Must possess a can-do mentality, be responsible, and be a lifelong learner;
- Must be organized, detail orientated, and customer focused;
- Ability and willingness to work and maintain a flexible schedule;
