On Saturday, April 28, at 10 am, Black Women for Positive Change and Aunt Cheryl's Catering will join police from Braddock, Pittsburgh, Duquesne, Rankin and local residents to explore concepts of Implicit Bias and working to deepen the collective understanding of how to recognize and address the unconscious or subtle associations that individuals make between groups of people and stereotypes about those groups based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation and religion.
The workshop will be held at the Woodland Hills Administration Building, 531 Jones Ave. Braddock, PA 15104 from 10-2 pm. Lite refreshments will be served. Folks who are interested in attending are asked to rsvp at: pittbw4pc@gmail.com
