We strive to be the leader of the community school implementation throughout the Pittsburgh Region ensuring an equitable education experience for ALL students.

- Analysts: We assess and identify resources, capacity, impact, implementation, execution, transitional or successional issues that are inhibiting innovation and adaptation needed to maintain high student (District Mapping, Data Collection, Stakeholder Assessments)
- Developers: We design programs to fit specific needs for schools or districts to improve student (Mentoring, Out-of-School Time, Workforce Development)
- Facilitators: We facilitate and coordinate resources from stakeholders to engage broad support for student (Provide Councils, Community Engagement)
- Managers: We direct programs to provide learning support for students service (Case Management, Mentoring, Parent Engagement)
- Trainers: We support school leaders in developing new skill sets that extend their range of student support and parental engagement. (LGBTQ Sensitivity, Trauma Informed Response, Positive Discipline)
