Activities Manager
City Charter High School is seeking to hire a full-time Activities Manager. The Activities Manager position is primarily responsible for all aspects of student activities which includes planning, marketing, launching, facilitation and evaluation. This person acts as liaison between students, administrative staff, faculty, vendors and community members to facilitate the success of all student programs and activities. City Charter High School is a public school with an enrollment of 600+ students in grades nine through twelve. Yearly activities/events include three dances, four field trips in the fall, three field trips in the spring/summer, and multiple activities/ programs throughout the school year.
The position requires excellent organizational, motivational, interpersonal and communication (written, verbal and electronic) skills; the ability to plan and manage activities effectively and efficiently; and current knowledge of computer programs and applications.
