ABOUT BOB REGIS
Bob Regis, who once slept one hour per night for four months during his first full-blown manic episode, was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in the summer of 1983 and also had a grandmother, uncle, and cousin who were bipolar. Bob shares the ups and downs of living with mental illness and is the subject of “The Twisted Mind - The Bob Regis Story” produced by Lynne Hayes- Freeland, award-winning TV news reporter. Bob co-founded The 10:08 Club, LLC to help raise awareness and funds for nonprofit organizations that have as one of their goals to eradicate the stigma associated with mental illness.
ABOUT MICHELLE MCMURRAY, MSW
Michelle McMurray currently holds the position of Senior Program Officer for Health and Human Services at The Pittsburgh Foundation, a community foundation that works to improve the quality of life in the Pittsburgh region by evaluating and addressing community issues.
Ms. McMurray has more than 12 years of diverse experience in the mental health field. Prior to joining The Pittsburgh Foundation, Ms. McMurray held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mental Health America Allegheny County (MHAAC). Her professional interests include improving access to mental and physical health care for underserved populations, particularly low-income and minority communities, and increasing the capacity of non-profit organizations to fulfill their mission and succeed in delivering effective, high-quality services.

The10.08 Club cordially invites you and yours to join them as they kick off their innaugual concert and event series benefiting Mental Health America Allegheny County. On Sunday, August 17th, 5pm, the “R&B Will Set You Free-Lose the Stigma” concert will blow the roof off of Jergel’s Rhythm Grill in Warrendale, PA. Jergel's is located only 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh. The event features best R&B artists from the Pittsburgh area!
