Bob Regis, who once slept one hour per night for four months during his first full-blown manic episode, was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in the summer of 1983 and also had a grandmother, uncle, and cousin who were bipolar. Bob shares the ups and downs of living with mental illness and is the subject of “The Twisted Mind - The Bob Regis Story” produced by Lynne Hayes- Freeland, award-winning TV news reporter. Bob co-founded The 10:08 Club, LLC to help raise awareness and funds for nonprofit organizations that have as one of their goals to eradicate the stigma associated with mental illness.
