Eastminster Presbyterian Church, located in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA is looking for a full-time Manager of Janitorial and Maintenance Services to serve the Church in expert cleaning and management of cleaning, security and maintenance staff. The facility includes multiple connected buildings and a total of 200,000 + sq. ft. with an extremely active congregational and facility use schedule. Responsibility for cleaning, security and maintenance includes substantial direct cleaning responsibilities, supervision of staff and oversight of inventory and budget.

Essential Qualifications
The successful candidate: is a self-starter; has qualified supervisory experience; has significant expertise and experience in cleaning and maintenance; is able to perform cleaning duties; is a high school graduate; and has excellent written and oral communication skills; all clearances required prior to hire.
