The featured group for this year's show is a dynamic ensemble out of Philadelphia, KULU MELE, whose work highlights the culture of both West Africa and the Caribbean.  Alongside Kulu Mele Africa Dance and Drum Ensemble are collaborative performances by youth of the Balafon West African Dance Ensemble and Sankofa Village for the arts as well as an adult performance featuring The Legacy Arts Project's own community dance ensemble and Balafon.

The weekend of festivities includes two 8pm performances, an African marketplace, and an Afro-Cuban dance workshop. 
Adult tickets are $20 and youth tickets are $12.
