General Duties: Agent handles inbound calls for a major international company. In this position, you will handle technical and billing issues related to customer accounts. Ability to handle customer complaints and trouble shooting skills is required. You will work in an independent, timely and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards for customer satisfaction.
Start Date: March 27th
Paid Training:$9:00 per hour
Production Rate: $10.00 per hour
Training Hours: 9:00am – 5:45pm – 2 weeks
Hours of Operations: 12:00pm – 12:00am
– Possible shifts are 11:45am – 8:30pm OR 1:15pm – 10pm
General Duties: Agent handles inbound calls from customers with the purpose of retaining customer loyalty or selling products and services. Average $250 – $500+ per month in Bonus/Incentives! Some agents Average over $1000 Per Month.
Start Date: April 13th
Paid Training: $9:00 per hour
Production Rate: $10.00 per hour
Training Hours: 9:00am – 5:45pm (3 weeks)
OR 10:00am – 6:45pm (23 Days)
Actual Shift: 12:15pm – 9:00pm OR 10:00am – 6:45pm
(One weekend day off and one day off during the week)
