About A Giving Heart & Averill Pippens: A Giving Heart is a non-profit homeless shelter for families and community center that provide holistic services. Averill Pippens is the Executive Director of the Community Center at A Giving Heart. He is also the Head Coach of the SteelCity Yellow Jackets. Averill assists children with homework, preparing meals and outings at Education At Heart.
