As promised, a behind the scenes look at the Smartphone Video creation process.
Backstory...
Before I started with video I found it really hard to visualise film footage and understanding how that related to the physical process of being behind the camera and capturing the image. In essence, framing the shot.
Sure I got that you pointed the camera in the general direction but I assumed there was more to it, rightly or wrongly.
Then I saw a behind the scene (BTS) breakdown of a short clip.
I could see how the cameraman got the shots and how it related to the finished film. Now I don't know why, but after I saw this I got the connection between the two.
Maybe you're struggling with the same thing...
That is why I wanted to create a BTS clip for you.
