Why are we doing this?
Firstly, I'm an SME business owner with employees, I understand the challenges.
I empathise with the responsibilities an SME business owner has to wrestle with on a day-to-day basis.
Secondly, I understand how to implement Smartphone Video Marketing into a business with employees. The process is going to take time, effort and persistence - both, directly and indirectly from you - as the business owner.
Sure, we want you to champion the process but more importantly it’s going to take delegation and internal ownership of the principles from your team. If you're a Solopreneur you're likely to have a million other tasks to do in such a limited space of time. Realistically, are you going to have the time needed to use Smartphone Video Marketing?
