One of the things that attracted me to this business is residual income. We often hear this term when being recruited by organizations. But I find many agents have not experienced the financial impact. Or not trained on how to build up to it. In order to first understand what residual income is. Let’s first define what it is.  Residual income is income that one continues to receive after the completion of the income-producing work.
