Why Did You Get Into This Business

     Speaking to many agents around the country. One of the first questions I like to ask them. Why did you get into this business? The majority of the agent's answers will be to help people. The second reason you probably already guess it to make money. These two answers actually go hand and hand. The more people we help the more money we make. It sounds simple to do help as many people as you can. But I find that many agents struggle to put this into action. Which results in them not becoming successful in this business.
