Subject: Limiting Beliefs of Weight Reduction
When it comes to your body, the elephant in the room is your thoughts. How do you think and what are your beliefs about yourself, eating well, exercising, etc.?
Before you do anything else, you owe it to yourself to think about this.
The good news is that you get the results you believe you can have. If you’re unhappy with your body, I urge you to question if you believe that you can change your body.
If you don’t think it’s possible to change your body, then your unconscious mind just works to carry out this belief, and no amount of dieting or exercising will change it.
Things may change on a temporary basis, however you will end up putting all the weight back on and more probably.
Until people believe they can truly transform their body, going on any diet is a waste of time. Instead, they need to begin learning how to think in new ways.
The guaranteed path to better beliefs and thoughts is to ask better questions. Questions like How can I get the body I want? What can I learn from the last time? How can I enjoy the process, etc.
Get your mind right and the body will follow.
