I have always been a fast walker, but at some point I felt that I could not stand it any longer. I started buying clothes in sizes L and even XL at the store, but I still could not admit to myself that something had changed. The biggest alarm bell rang when I looked at photos from a class reunion - help, is this really me! I had already heard about Dr. Simeons diet from a friend and decided to order it right away.
Of course, my expectations for the diet were high, but at the same time I was worried about my health - I have high cholesterol and leg pain due to blood vessels. Luckily, I stick to a relatively light diet, so I can eat the same food for weeks if I have enough motivation. My husband was also a great supporter - he encouraged me and praised my good work in front of others!
In the spring, I managed to lose 15 kg in 40 days. And the last time the path was not so easy, but I managed to lose another 4.5 kg. Today I am back to wearing S and M size clothes, which is a huge achievement for me.

Although I didn’t have any difficult situations, the weight loss has had a very positive effect on my physical well-being. If at the beginning I weighed 84 kg, now I weigh 65 kg - of course, much lighter, and I wear sneakers all the time. Next month I will also start working out to tone up some of the “loose” areas!
With just two rounds of the diet, I lost 19 kg - hurray! Now I feel like my body has learned what suits it. I don’t want to eat all the food like I used to. Large pieces of cake make me feel sick, and meat doesn’t taste as good anymore...
I recommend Dr. Simeons diet to anyone who wants to lose extra kilogramms. I think it’s surprisingly easy! I especially like apple and strawberry days in the spring - they're like a little reward when I'm on a diet. 🍏🍓
