The diet was actually very easy. I followed all the instructions exactly and got help from the WhatsApp group when needed. However, things got a little more complicated during the stabilization phase, because there were not many precise instructions anymore. I have now been on a regular diet for a week, but I am still adjusting and testing what works and what doesn’t. The fear of gaining the weight back is still there, which is why I still keep a food diary.
My diet consultant was a great support for me. She was always there, reassured me when I needed it, and explained everything in an understandable way.
I feel much better now. It is easier to move, I am more flexible, and I feel much better in my body. The results are obvious: my BMI dropped from 29.3 to 25.8, and I lost 38.5 cm in total, most of it from my stomach. I lost almost 10 kg and got rid of my sugar addiction.
I am still developing long-term habits, but I try to avoid gluten, lactose, and excess sugar. I also drink much more water than before.
I would definitely recommend this diet to others because it works. The diet part was very easy for me and I am extremely happy with the results.
