I recently ordered the herbal vitamin C and a little bit goes a very long way. This is SUPER potent stuff. I had to stop taking my hypertension medications because I was registering 90 over 60. Because of this I also reduced my dosage of the powder and it is still incredibly effective. I am feeling greatly improved. Markus has a great products and I feel truly blessed that I found his Youtube channel.

Just before my father died, I lost my job through a massive layoff. Then Dad died and my life fell apart. I was so deeply sad. I lived on a tight budget. And I also got very ill from the immense stress I was under from family demands. As soon as I got my little inheritance, the first thing I promised myself was to order some of your amazing products. I've had your book Heal Yourself 101 forever and loved it but got sucked down the rabbit hole of high fruit raw diets. I just wanted to say all the conclusions I have been brought to after a huge battle with candida on 4 years of high fruit despite low fat and was that your book is the only one people should really read when it comes to raw diets. I also just finally gave parasite cleansing a shot having cut all fruit temporarily and I passed a friend today!!! I was arrogant and thought parasites were stupid and made up. I am horrified but grateful that in a world of conflicting information from self appointed gurus that your advice is not only real but it works! GREENS and CLEANSING!!! I will also no longer be thinking I can get sufficient protein from bananas. Jeesh! Thank you for being you and to Cara too. I am finally listening now.

You have no idea how deeply your words have changed me. It was the last piece of the puzzle I needed to to change my life. I had my “Aha” moment and it was the greatest epiphany of my life. The real “truth” will set you free, and your book is the real truth. How do I know this? It must be so simple a child can understand it. I just could not put this book down. I got completely blown away and ended up reading it twice. This is an absolute must read and top of my recommendations. It’s one of the most life changing books I have read in a long time! It takes a lot of what I have learned over the last 15 years and puts it all together in a nice simple to understand manner while fitting the puzzle pieces together. The Other Side
Ive been drinking it (green formula) daily for over a month and Im really starting to feel it. I cant explain it I just feel less hungry (I didnt at first Id hungry always) but now I go without eating for hrs and feel fine. Starving is bad you feel all weak and slow so I do obviously eat but I feel great overall energy and alive. Less headaches less mood changes. Amazing stuff!
