Oh those 20s & 30s!
Those are the awkward stressful learning years. I wish I knew 30 years ago what I know now, so I wrote a book to help others so they dont make the same mistakes or waste years of their life in the areas of health, relationships, money and success. Started doing this (nothing till 4) a month ago. I began doing the 16-8 fasting and gradually came to the 20-4 fasting. I confirm everything Markus said in this video. My body became leaner and lost some belly fat and fat from allover the body. During this month I also did, some HIIT just once or twice a week with empty stomach. I'm very satisfied, definitely going to keep doing this.

Hi Markus, my hair used to fall a lot, never grew it was dead, my nails the same and since I been using your collagen kit ( Greens, Vitamin C, and Sea Moss) is a huge change.
