Ive been taking your carb blocker like crazy daily. It really works! Its very interesting how it makes sugar treats taste like crap when you put it on the tongue. I do have a question though. Hi Aubrie. Yes the Carnitine and CLA in the TrimForce formula helps burn fat. But it could also be hormones- if you eat estrogenic foods (estrogen creates fat) or have hormone issues due to diet etc, there could be a battle going on between the good guys and bad guys. Try cutting all bread, dairy, sugar (except MarkusSweet) wheat, baked stuff, fried foods, coffee and other stimulants etc and see what happens. The more you eat like outlined in Heal Yourself 101 , the more your temp should go down. Also try to prolong eating as long as possible www.NothingTill4.com But I understand the reason most people take TrimForce is as a temporary first step to help transition to a healthier lifestyle, so of course we must be patient while old habits die. Hey I should market it as a way to stay warm in the winter lol!
Just so you know Markus I had a concerning pain in my back, I tanned for decades and skin cancer runs in my family so I was nervous and my diet isn't the greatest. For Christmas last year my mom gifted me 3 of your powders, Vit C, free liver and green formula. Im ashamed to say they went right up in the cupboard and stayed there, unopened for almost a year! (hey that rhymes) What you feed the body also feeds everything else, so its very important your diet is healthy and does not include anything that feeds cancer (sugar, bread, milk, animal products) etc. Fiber is critical and even cooking food breaks down fiber into simple sugars. I just received my Edible Plant Guide and I am utterly amazed at the scope and breadth of this book. I cannot imagine what it took to create this but I am in awe of it's thoroughness. The photos and images for identification are of excellent quality and while it is a hefty 479 pages and weighs 2 pounds it's surprisingly compact. This makes it a perfect constant companion while learning the ins and outs of free food and medicine. I am deeply grateful for the hard work and love which went into making this and I am so glad I finally treated myself to a hard copy. This will serve me and my family for the rest of our lives, which I suspect will be longer thanks to this!
