Hi Cara and Markus! I bought "Love on a plate" and I totally love it! I made your apple ravioli today and it's spectacular! I bought a mandolin slicer just to make these, and I was not disappointed! These apple ravioli's didn't take that much time at all, and they're crispy and sweet with that amazing soft pecan sweet cream center and the sprinkle of cinnamon on top, so much flavor, so creative, pure genius! My dehydrator and my tummy have never been so happy! I was getting a little bored with my same old raw meals and snacks until I found Love on a Plate, and this cool uncook book is just what I needed to re-energize my menu and my health! Cara, I have learned so much from you about preparing delicious raw foods, and Markus, I have learned so much from you about getting and staying healthy. I am almost 56 and am a Grandma to 4, and most folks don't think I'm old enough to be a Grandma! I'm humbled and pleased and quietly thank the universe for the magic of the raw food lifestyle! P.S. my 7 yo Grandson and I love making your freezer chocolate with the marzipan balls in the middle, they remind me of the Midwestern candy called "buckeyes'. We also love the burger patty, spicy Thai cabbage, and the garlic naan! Amazing and uniquely delicious recipes! A must own cookbook for any foodie!

Yolanda Quimby I made the Alfredo n Cream sauce yesterday...It was extremely easy and quick to prepare, good for me as I have mobility issues and it was totally freak'n delicious...FOODGASMS!!!! OMG! Mark Tureaud Awesome sauce. My mother healed from Colon Cancer on her deathbed when we used Heal Yourself 101/ cancer booklet. A week after I then dropped to 125 over 88. I had eye twitching and some chest discomfort that all left after taking this stuff daily. I highly suggest it to anyone that a physical and stressful job.

Raederle Phoenix re: Night FormulaI was worried that the flavor would bother me, but it turns out that I can drink this in plain water. Many supplements (like magnesium-citrate) upset my stomach, but this soothes my stomach. It feels similar to drinking a relaxing tea. The licorice in it reminds me of many herbal blends that have a flavor that grew on me a long time ago. I've been taking the Night Rebuild Formula for only a couple nights now, but I'm already astonished to report that my morning dizziness and mind fog has evaporated. I didn't even know how much morning wooziness I had accustomed myself to until it was suddenly gone.

When I first started taking them (the Kidney formula, and the green and proteins powder) they took a little used to, but as my health improved, I found the taste improved, which tells me I am on the right track of getting my health back. I’ve only been on your products for a week now faithfully I might add, & I’ve already noticed a hug change in the lump on my breast, which has been hell trying to get it to go away. I don't usually do "testimonials" but I just had to comment on the quality of your products. I ordered your Wild Greens last month and they are fantastic. I feel brand new when I take them. I just got my Collagen Kit the other day and was blown away by the "full jar" of Vitamin C. It was packed to the rafters! I also just started taking the Irish Moss and my insides literally feel like they are healing. I just wanted to say thank you to you and Cara! You have been an inspiration to me for many years but I just started ordering your products and am super upset with myself that I didn't start ordering them sooner.
