Started doing this (nothing till 4) a month ago. I began doing the 16-8 fasting and gradually came to the 20-4 fasting. I confirm everything Markus said in this video. My body became leaner and lost some belly fat and fat from allover the body. During this month I also did, some HIIT just once or twice a week with empty stomach. I'm very satisfied, definitely going to keep doing this.

Hi Markus, my hair used to fall a lot, never grew it was dead, my nails the same and since I been using your collagen kit ( Greens, Vitamin C, and Sea Moss) is a huge change.
