A unique style of Chardonnay continuing the Trevor Jones philosophy of crafting pure Virgin Chardonnay from free run juice that exhibits great depth of herbaceous flavours without oak maturation.
Delicate characteristics of peach and melon combine with subtle malo-lactic fermentation and extended yeast complexity to give this wine its pedigree.
A full bodied wine with a delicate crisp finish. Ideal with seafood and poultry.

| | Moppity Vineyard Single Step Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 Lovely crimson robe. Clean bright up front black currents, blackberries and a touch herbal upon opening. After a short time in glass it opens up bringing forth floral rose petals and a touch of cedar and smoke. Balanced medium bodied palate with a lively mouth watering acidity and fine tannins.
This is a well made cool climate cabernet from an outstanding winery and vineyard (their grapes produce the 2009 Jimmy Watson Award winner) and represents exceptional value.
