With a plethora of cheese and wine in the market making matching decisions an onerous task, here are a few cheeky ideas to make your friends envious of your knowledge.
After the success of our first cheese selection and the arrival of our new cheese fridge, Vine has determined it's a great addition to our/your fine wine store. 
All cheese is seasonal in style so there will be new cheeses to try on a monthly basis.

Just a stone's throw away from Sydney in the little coastal town of Kiama comes a surface ripened soft cheese called The Pines Dream.
The creaminess of this Sparkling enhances the silky texture of this little gem whilst the crunchy apple and natural acidity cleans the palate.
Binnorie Aged Cheddar from the Hunter Valley is a strong, fruit flavoured cheddar with crumbly mouthfeel that needs a bold, fruit forward drinking style to accentuate the experience. George's Exile Cabernet Sauvignon perfectly coats the palate and lends itself to this with absolute delight.
Milawa Blue from the High Country in Victoria is a blue cheese for blue cheese lovers, but also great for those new to blue. Soft pockets of oozy goodness, perfectly balanced with salty savoury notes.
 Torrontes is related to the Muscat family but is a variety in its own right. Fragrant, textural, with honey, hazelnuts, raisins and a crisp acidity makes it the perfect match for this cheese.
