Vine Tasting - Friday 25th 5pm-8pm
Getting a little cooler so what a better time to crack a few warming reds.
Like playing a game of footy it's all about the prep:
Warm up with "Harewood Flux Pinot Noir" - A delicate, light red in colour with a nose of cherry alongside rosemary, sweet spice and wet earth; very Burgundian in its stylings.
During the Game "Astrale Chianti"-The nose unravels fruity aromas of forest fruit and dried plums together with black pepper and coffee. Round, warm and full body supported by velvety tannins, bringing together different layers of flavours
Cooling Down after the Victory " Torzi Maththews Schist Rock Shiraz-dark berry, plum, chocolate sticky date pudding and liquored cherry undertones. Plump full palate will nice rich berry and chocolatey notes on the palate, with creamy fine tannins to finish. A beautifully complex & flavoured Shiraz.
