Craft Beer Club
A new batch of US beers has just landed. In store now and very limited stock. Also Sauce brewing is now in store as well. Keep an eye out for Modus Operandi's Black Lab milk stout which should be in shortly.
Alesmith Spezial Pils
A German-style pilsner with a pleasant balance between light, grainy malt and spicy, floral hops.The finish is crisp and clean with a pleasant dryness and subtle bitterness. 4.9%

Alesmith Grand Cru
Grand Cru is a dark chestnut-colored Belgian-style Ale with vibrant fermentation aromas of fruity esters and spicy phenols. A sweet caramel malt, raisin, and plum-like character combines with the complex fermentation profile of our Belgian yeast strain and hints of bittersweet chocolate in the finish. Its full body and velvety mouthfeel make for a slow and satisfying drinking experience. 10%

Stone Ghost Hammer IPA
Very hoppy with tropical notes, citrus, resin and earth.The taste is also mainly fruity with exactly the same character like the aroma of tropical, citrus, lemon, pineapple, orange candy, sweet floral, pepper, and moderate herbal bitterness. Bready malt is in the supporting and is good enough to carry along. The end and aftertaste is again wrapped up by soft bitterness and some fruitiness. 6.7%
Stone Ruinten Triple IPA 2017 with Orange Peel & Vanilla Beans
Intense, dank and fruity hop notes. Lemon oil infused with nectarine, pineapple and tropical fruit, with hints of mint and spice.Full bodied but dry, with an alcohol fullness and sweetness. Very bitter! 10.8%

Prairie Artisans Standard
Its a light, crisp saison with a hoppy finish. This beer is dry hopped 1lb per bbl with Motueka hops. A lovely New Zealand hop with a spicy lime like flavor and aroma. 5.6%

Stone Goto IPA Can
Session IPA, boasting all the gloriously bitter, citrusy, piney flavor of our bigger / industrial-strength IPAs, but with a significantly lower alcohol-by-volume (4.5%) allowing IPA fans like us to enjoy more of this amazingly, hoppy beer over a longer session, without giving up any of that gloriously crave-able botanically-driven dankness.

Is it half-IPA, half-stout? Not quite. It’s definitely all IPA, but it’s also the best of both styles, making this love child of a beer simply just a beautiful, pleasure-seeking meld of imperial IPA and mocha indulgence. 9%

Deschutes Pacific Wonderland
Citrusy Tettnang Mandarina hops combine with the crisp, bright character of a traditional lager to deliver a beer that is truly refreshing, and undoubtedly worth sharing. 5.5%


Nomad Barrel Aged Bleak Season
This dark Farmhouse ale is spiced with cinnamon myrtle and wattle seeds then aged in red and white wine barrels from the Mudgee region. Dark in colour but crisp on the palate with roasty goodness coming through from the spice and barrels.6%

Yeastie Boys Royal Tanninbomb
A double version of their famous Gunnamatta Earl Grey IPA that was the champion beer at the first GABS.A new world India Pale Ale with subtle grapefruit and lemon hop flavours intermingling amongst the explosive bergamot orange and leafy aromatics of the ‘Earl Grey Blue Flower’ English tea. 8%

Knee Deep Tanilla
This Tahitian Vanilla Bean Porter is made with Grade A Tahitian vanilla beans to compliment this robust style porter. You will taste chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Tanilla is an exceptional ale that will stimulate your taste buds. 6.3%
Sauce Hop Sauce Pale Ale
A lovely golden colour, citrusy with hints of tropical and stone fruits.
Made with US & Aussie hops. 4.5%
Sauce Extra Hop Sauce IPA
Classic West Coast IPA, light in body with a wondrous tropical fruitbowl aroma. 6.2%

Sauce Mega-Hop Sauce
Vienna and crystal malts for colour and balance, with a special mix of Calypso, Melba and Topaz hops, this is a big, resinous fruitilicious beer.
Dangerously drinkable at 8.3% ABV


Sauce Saucy Red
A hoppy red ale, with just a hint of toffee, and a touch of rye to spice things up. 5%
