| | 2018 - deeper, richer, more bloody delicious than ever before! After picking and destemming, these beautiful YarraValley Shiraz grapes were steeped in high-proof Rare Dry Gin for eight weeks and stirred daily. We then pressed off the skins and blended with more gin, ready for the bottle.
