 On Tasting This Friday

Meet Matt Aulich, the Viticulturist from Blood Moon Wines

Minimal intervention, maximum love
conceived under a blood moon.

Part Muso, part winemaker, Blood Moon was started by Matt Aulich and a couple of mates in 2014 before going solo in 2019.

Making wines that are expressive of time and place, which is where a less-is-more approach in the winery comes in, oft-described as minimal intervention. Production is low volume so a vigilant eye is kept on ferments and maturing wine so intervention is not required!

When: Friday August 9th from 5pm
