| Whats New for August? From July to August we can expect all the bubbly goodness from the US to be hitting our fair lands. The end of July will see Victory and Stone Brewing new batch of crafted goodies hit our shores. Also end of July and beginning of August will see all the new Deschutes gear as well. Now all this stock is very limited and we have tried to get as much as we can, so get what you can when you can as you may miss out. None of these items will hit the fridge for 2 weeks, you will need to ask our staff about them as they are reserved for the Craft Beer Club. |
| Here's some special brews to watch for in August @Vine |

Stone IPA Now one of the most well respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with citrusy flavor and hop aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it. 6.9% 100 pts Ratebeer |
Stone Imperial Russian Stout Intensely aromatic (notes of anise, black currants, coffee, roastiness and alcohol) and heavy on the palate...expect this mysterious brew to pour like used motor oil and taste even heavier! 10.5% 100 pts Ratebeer

| Stone Smoked Porter A rich, dark and delicious porter with chocolate and coffee overtones accented by a subtle smokiness from just the right amount of peat smoked malt. Unlike a rauchbier, the "smoke" in Stone Smoked Porter is an ELEMENT of the character rather than being THE character. 5.9% 98 pts Ratebeer | Victory Summer Love Ale The brew has a vibrant and refreshing pale color derived from its lean and refreshing malt body. And the initially floral aroma of hops segues into a well integrated, refreshing hop dryness of European heritage. 5.2% |

Deschutes Obsidian Stout Deep, robust and richly rewarding, this is beer to linger over. Obsidian has distinct notes of espresso, chocolate, roasted malt and black barley, with just enough hop bite to cut the sweetness. 6.4% |
Victory Golden Monkey Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying. 9.5% 96 pts Ratebeer |
| Victory Headwaters Pale Ale Now, considering that beer is the product of four simple ingredients and the three other than water rely on water for their existence, we’ve played all of our cards deftly, bringing the hops, malt and yeast in harmony, with our great local water as the conductor in Headwaters Pale Ale. 5.2%

| | Birra Del Borgo Cortigiana ( Saison) It's hard to resist her charming aroma, where the citrus and floral scents given by the hop melt with the malt's honey notes; an intriguing spicy note in the finish adds a certain je ne sais quoi to this easy drinkable beer. 5% |
Birra Del Borgo/Dogfish Head My Antonia (60 Minute Pils) A fistful of hops was added every minute for 60 minutes... The result? An intriguing beer, extremely perfumed, where floral and resiny notes mix together. The mouth feel is explosive but balanced at the same time. The honey notes form the malts and the peppery ones from the hops mix in a very elegant and precise finish. 7.5% 97 pts Ratebeer |

| | Tuatara APA Hop Head Heaven Spawned by freewheeling, Californian hopheads, American Pale Ale is the red-headed stepchild of the classic IPA. Big and extroverted with plenty of bitterness, a great APA shows off some fruit on the nose and the kind of earthy, herbaceous complexity Pinot Noir buffs drone on about when they corner you at a fundraiser. 5.7% 97 pts Ratebeer |
Tuatara NUI Mighty Big Hop We’ve spiced things up with some serious New World hop porn in the form of Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo, delivering 80 IBU of palate-stripping bitterness. And to showcase the aromatic action, Nui swaggers about on a beefed-up malt base that lifts the alcohol to 7.0%. Frailer souls will blanch at the thought of having their taste buds assaulted in this manner. 7% 93 pts Ratebeer
