Hey Friend
As your day begins notice where your attention is! Are you reflecting on what happened yesterday or thinking about what's going to happen today? Or, are you just 'being' in the current moment, making the most of whatever it is you're doing right now?
Wherever your attention is, I want you to consider if it's the most resourceful place to be paying attention or whether a different focus might be more beneficial? Is your current focus helping you or is it hindering you?

Whatever it is that helps you to remain present, make sure you're being intentional about it and doing it often. Being able to come back to the present will help to keep you focused on what matters and avoid draining your cup unnecessarily. |
