How are you feeling this morning? What are you thinking? Tell me...did you experience the world differently yesterday afternoon? Perhaps with a new perspective!
The topic we covered was PERSPECTIVE where we explored the possibility of looking at events and experiences through a different lens. We were encouraged to loosen our grip on the expectation we have of others (to view the world the same way we do) and notice the energy we then have to focus on what really matters.
So...today is Friday, the air is fresh and the water is clean, and as you move through the day ahead I encourage you to notice how your perspective shifts - particularly when your mind is open and you're operating 'above the line'. You might see that the things that once bothered may not any longer, and that your attention is aimed towards being a better version of you, in all areas of your life!
