Email 2 of 3: How to Convert a Studio to Group Lessons

On Tuesday, you had the opportunity to watch a video about the 5 reasons to convert to group… and how to solve some of the worst problems that studio teachers have.

You could watch yesterday's video about 5 reasons to teach group.

In today’s email, I want to show you :
  • What one of my groups looks like… so I’ve included a video of the opening of one of my groups below!
  • The simple logistical blueprint for setting up your group lesson studio
  • Feedback given to me by over a dozen teachers who had GREAT success with this blueprint
  • Your overall plan for setting up a group studio
Keep reading if you’d like to watch that blueprint video (or read the summary)

The 4 Steps to Setting Up a Group Lesson Program

Just below, there is a video that shows you my blueprint for setting up a group lesson program… the logistics, the classroom, the equipment, all of it.

I've even included a video from my studio that shows how my group program works!

Here are the four steps:

Step 1: Space
Step 2: Equipment
Step 3: Scheduling
Step 4: Logistics of Running the Group

This is the most effective way to set up and run a simple group studio.

This video is not quite as long as The 5 Reasons video I sent yesterday.

And having said that…

Case Study of a Successful Group Teacher

Behind the scenes of my blog, I have been helping teachers with marketing and studio growth for over 2.5 years now.

During that time, I have helped 150+ studios teach group lessons the way that I teach them in my studio.

One of these studios was a studio in Illinois, owned by Dena Maxwell.

In this short case study video, Dena reveals the group teaching strategies that helped her improve her student’s progress and playing quality.

If you like to be inspired, I would strongly recommend clicking the link below and watching Dena’s short story:

This is the first of five case studies that I will be sending you over the next week and a half.

Enjoy! Leave a comment on the video or send me an email telling me what you learned from the video and case study.

Best,
Daniel

PS> There’s one more lesson... I will send this to you on Friday of this week… be on the lookout!
