Subject: How to build a group lesson program from scratch

Read this email if you don’t know how to start a group program

Yes, we’re talking about group lessons in December…

And the fears that studio owners have about starting a group program or improving an existing one.

Over the next few days, we’re going to be visited by a few “ghosts” (just like in A Christmas Carol)... in the hopes that we can learn a few lessons that will help us overcome these fears.

The 3 fears are:

Group Ghost #1: Fear of your clients

Group Ghost #2: Fear of change (equipment, curriculum, etc.)

Group Ghost #3: Fear of the investment

Let’s dive in!

Group Fear #2

I don’t know how to start group lessons!

I meet with scores and scores of studio owners every year about group lessons.

And, I get the same seven questions over and over…

Do these feel familiar?

  • How do you schedule all of these students I have?

  • What curriculum should you use? Should you even use a curriculum?

  • What sort of group activities should you do with all of the students?

  • Is it possible to teach multiple levels in the same group?

  • How do I set up my teaching room? Can I do it in my house? Can I teach group online?

  • What equipment should I buy?

  • How many students should I put in a group?

What’s sad is that these 7 questions have stopped people from making one of the best decisions they could make for their studio, student progress, and their profitability!

It personally cost me $100’s of thousands of dollars.

That is not an exaggeration.

I got stuck on some of these questions myself from 2005 to 2011… and just languished, slowly experimented, and took my sweet time in coming up with answers.

One of the teachers in our alumni group

I’ll just say this now:

If you are a single-teacher studio… one of the best things you can do is move to a multi-level group system that allows students to progress much faster than they can in one-on-one lessons.

And…

If you are stuck on these questions… and you really can’t find (or invent) satisfactory answers…

Then I suggest you do something drastic.

Either work faster than I did and invent the answers yourself…

Or just take my system from me.

This is why I created the Successful Group Lessons training…

I wanted to give my entire group system to other studio owners so they didn’t have to reinvent the wheel.

On December 26th, you will have the opportunity to register for our group lesson training program.

Successful Group Lessons has helped 400+ studios start and run multi-level group lessons both in person and online.

In this class, I show you the group lesson system that I invented in 2008 that allows you to freely mix age and ability levels… with no loss of educational quality.

The class is designed for small, single-teacher studios and covers:

  • Logistics: How to set up your group studio (both in person and online)

  • Marketing: How to get parents on board (this includes our Magic Emails that you can copy word for word to convert all or part of your studio)

  • Education: How to actually teach the group program and get stellar results (this is the longest part of the training)

  • Q&A: Join our live classes and participate in our alumni community to troubleshoot or get your questions answered

This is the best multi-level group lessons training program on the planet.

If you don’t want to have to start from scratch…

Reinvent the wheel…

Go through years and years of painful trial and error (like I did)...

Just click the button below, and I’ll make sure that you receive all of the costs and registration details on December 26th!

Have a great week! I will be sending more resources, information, and emails throughout the coming weeks!

Very best,

Daniel
