Subject: How I prepped my studio for Corona

Several months ago, I sent out an email about online music lessons. In the email, I mentioned that I had seen more ads than EVER for that particular format.

You might remember this email.

Just for reference, here’s a few of those ads:

Here’s one for guitar:

Here’s one that I’ve seen over and over again for piano:

And one that I saw not too long ago… a brand new player in the space:

Now whatever you think of some of the language in these ads (“Learn 500 songs in 5 days”)...

You can’t ignore these.

I’ve seen some of these ads running for months.

Businesses do not run ads that don’t work.

Now… what’s interesting is that these businesses were perfectly positioned to scoop up the students that were still looking for lessons over the past few months.

Demand for lessons has not decreased!

Those offering virtual lessons? They’re doing great!

This Could Be You

Brilliant marketers are coming for our industry, and they’re armed with technology and convenience. They’re armed with agencies and deep pockets for spending on SEO, ads, press releases, and media buys.

How can you compete with those deep pockets?

This is one of the reasons why I created and converted to group lessons in my own personal studio.

Not only does my program give beginners more time with me in a supportive environment…

Not only does it differentiate my studio from other studios in the area…

Not only does it help me prepare kids for rigorous exams and recitals…

It gives my studio higher margins… which I can use to compete with these big dogs.

Yes! Even a single teacher studio can compete (I have been for 10+ years).

And… past that…

The program was so flexible that I could take it online very easily.

At the end of the day… some people DO value convenience and would like online lessons…

Others will look for that personal experience.

You could have the flexibility to offer both. Or not. It’s up to you!!!!!

No matter what you want…

I would love to show you how to get it.

If you’d like to start a group lesson program (online or physical), I’m going to give you a free consult answering your questions about:
  • How to get parents on board
  • How to get great results with the students (no matter the format)
  • How to mix kids of different ability levels in the same group
  • What equipment you need to buy
  • How to get kids sight-reading in two lessons with my group lesson strategy
  • A strategy for rolling this out in the summer or fall of this year
I look forward to speaking with you!

Very best,
Daniel

PS> Not sure if you want to have a call with me… but have questions about group? Just shoot me an email right now.

Happy to answer a question for you!
