Email 2 of 3: How to Convert a Studio to Group Lessons

On Tuesday, you had the opportunity to watch a video about the 5 reasons to convert to group... and how to solve some of the worst problems that studio teachers have.

If you didn't get a chance to watch that video, you can do so by clicking here.

Many people have commented on that video and emailed me.

Folks were incredibly open and honest about the frustrations they are experiencing in their studios.  There are many who are open to the idea of starting a group program in their studio.

Which is why I'm excited to share with you what I have for today.

In today's email:
  • I want to show you what one of my groups looks like... so I've included a video of the opening of one of my groups below!
  • The simple, logistical blueprint for setting up your group lesson studio
  • Introduce you to a teacher who had GREAT success with this blueprint
  • Show you how she increased enrollment and income by 50+% while decreasing hours worked
  • Your overall plan for setting up a group studio
So, I have two pieces of content for you today...

The Blueprint

Just below, there is a video that shows you my blueprint for setting up a group lesson program... the logistics, the classroom, the equipment, all of it.

I've even included a video from my studio that shows how my group program works!

You will not want to miss this!

Here are the four steps:

Step 1: Space
Step 2: Equipment
Step 3: Scheduling
Step 4: Logistics of Running the Group

This is the most effective way to set up and run a simple group studio.

This video is not quite as long as The 5 Reasons video I sent earlier this week.

And having said that...

Case Study of a Successful Group Teacher

Behind the scenes of my blog, I have been helping teachers with marketing and studio growth for over 2.5 years now.

During that time, I have helped 50+ studios teach group lessons the way that I teach them in my studio.

One of these studios was a studio in Northern Virginia, owned by Rudene Jones.

In this short case study (shorter than my normal blog posts), I reveal the overall plan that allowed Rudene to convert her studio to the group format very quickly.

She did this with NO LOST STUDENTS.

If you like to be inspired and want to read further the steps to converting to group, I would strongly recommend clicking the link below and reading further:

Enjoy!

Leave a comment on the video or send me an email telling me what you learned from the video and case study.

Best,
Daniel

PS> I have one more email to send you! I will send this to you on Saturday of this week… be on the lookout!
