Due to the pandemic we have noticed staffing changes occuring at a higher rate, and have recently had trouble reaching out with important information you need to know.
To make sure we are contacting the most relevant and recent points of contact, we are reaching out to ask for an updated list on the person or people to reach within your organization regarding the following matters.
Please reply with the points of contact which we should send the following information to; please include their full name, email address, phone number with extension if applicable, and area of importance.
We also ask that you please let us know if anyone who was previously a point of contact in these areas is no longer affiliated with your organization, so that we can remove them from our notifications list.
-Email notifications regarding important updates such as security concerns, holiday closures, etc.
-Financial information such as invoices and payment method updates
-Main points of contact who have the authority to authorize ticket requests, and other important executive decisions
