Subject: Friend, you have to see these 2 scenarios

Hey Friend,

So, I was scrolling on Facebook last night and I came across 2 different graphics.

I'm going to talk about graphic #1 first and show you a picture of it.

It was written by a weight loss coach and the topic of the post was something like, "Want to lose those last 10-15 pesky pounds?"

And this is what the graphic said:

The main thing that jumped out at me was #2.

  Read that one.

I've talked about this time and time again.

How many times are we going to see trainers and weight loss coaches tell people that they need to track EVERYTHING they put in their mouth EVERYDAY of the week. Don't forget all of the BLT's (Bites, Licks, Tastes)!!!

  WHAT?!?!?!

  Are you kidding me?

  Please stop the madness.

Ok, that gives me a nice segue into graphic #2 that I saw:

Ok, now this one doesn't tell you what to do like the first graphic did, and there's a good reason for that.

  Because there's nothing TO DO!

Fasting means you don't eat (and remember, it's certain days and time periods, it doesn't mean you'll go weeks without eating)

  That's it!

No counting calories, no tracking, no journaling or inputting all of your BLT's into a spreadsheet (does anybody really enjoy doing that????).

And here's the even better part of all of this.

All of that stuff that you see in the second graphic; healing digestion issues, increasing insulin sensitivity, slowing down aging, boosting immune system, increasing growth hormone, decreasing inflammation, increasing focus..not to mention massive weight loss, doesn't happen when you count calories and track everything.

So not only do you have to play the role of a statistician and ruin any enjoyment you get from food, but now you do all of that and you get none of the benefits of just not eating for an extended period of time, a.k.a fasting.

I'm not sure why there is anyone on the planet, that needs to lose weight, that wouldn't rather give fasting a try instead of doing all of that counting and tracking and measuring.

Who the heck has time for any of that?

And even if you did, do you really see yourself doing that long-term?

Is that going to become your lifestyle?

I'm pretty sure we both know the answer to that.

Ok, that's it for today Friend.

If you're interested in giving this whole fasting thing a try and you want some structure and guidance on how to do it and seamlessly add it into your lifestlyle to lose 10, 20, 30+ pounds, then just reply back to this email and let me know and I can give you some more info.

Have a great day,

Kevin
