I'm putting together the finishing touches on a 4 week workout program that is going to be AWESOME!
It's going to start on May 16th and I'll be "promoting" it on Facebook this week. But if you're on any of my lists you're getting first crack at it because I'm not sure how many I will let into this program. I'm going to keep it smaller than the stuff I've done in the past.
It's called "10 minute HIIT" and it comes with ten different really great workouts. Each workout is about 10 minutes long. HIIT, for those that don't know stands for High Intensity Interval Training.
There will be workouts for the Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio, Core, Total Body, Power, Pilates, Yoga, Stretching and even an MMA workout (think kickboxing/boxing). Nothing is left out!
It also comes with videos of each workout, an exercise manual with pictures and explanations of each exercise, etc.
And I'm also going to have a private Facebook group for this as well. You'll have your own access to a fitness and weight loss expert (ME!) to ask any questions you have on fitness and working out.
This is going to be a paid program but very inexpensive.

This program is good for beginners but there will also be a way to step it up a notch for anyone who thinks they can handle more advanced workouts. :)
