I'll cut right to the chase.
Last night I put on a really great webinar all about how to lose FAT and keep it off forever.
I covered, in great detail, everything you need to do. I didn't talk about counting calories or eating more fruits and vegetables, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
That stuff might help, at least the fruits and veggies part, but it WILL NOT be sustainable and it might help you lose a few pounds for the year. Wow, exciting! :)
I gave out big time advice on what you must do if you want to lose 10, 15, 20, 30+ pounds in a short amount of time (just 60 days!).
