The subject line of this email was taken directly from an article that was in TIME magazine last year.
Again, the title is: Why you shouldn't exercise to lose weight.
There's a famous saying in the fitness industry which says, "abs are made in the kitchen".
What this means is that if you really want to lose weight, it's almost entirely about your nutrition and what you eat and more importantly, what you don't eat.
I love exercising, I do it all the time, I advise my clients to do it as well (and so should you :)
But for weight loss, nutrition reigns supreme.
