Hey Friend,


  First off, HAPPY New Year!


  Ok, the smoke has cleared, the dust has settled......so now what?


  That's always the big question once the page turns on a new year right?


  But as I've always said, it's up to you.


  I'm a fitness trainer / weight loss expert, so I'm not going to give you all of these 'life lessons' about becoming a better person and living life to the fullest.


  I love all that stuff but I'm sure your inbox has been flooded with that stuff for the last few weeks.


  But one thing that is most certainly up to you is your health.


  That's one of the greatest things about it, your health that is.


  That you can decide, at any moment, that you've had enough of your unhealthy lifestyle and you're ready to make a change.


  And there are many different ways that might make you decide that now is the time.


  Maybe you took a look in the mirror and just really didn't like your appearance.


  Maybe you got on the scale and said, "Whoa, what the hell is that number???"


  Maybe you feel lethargic and you're starting to get winded just walking up the stairs.


  I don't know what it is for you and to be honest, it really doesn't matter...to me. But it should matter to you.


  And, truth be told, maybe you haven't hit your 'rock bottom' yet.


  If so, you probably don't feel the need to make a change.


  You might say you want to, but until you get to that point (rock bottom), you'll be fine just going through the motions and going through life just as you are now.


  Remember, it's easy being 'comfortable'. It's easy to not make any changes and to continue living the same lifestyle.


  Going to work, coming home, eating dinner, watching Netflix for 2-3 hours while snacking on chjips or ice cream, etc....and then going to bed and getting up and doing it all over again.


  That's easy and actually becomes a habit.


  And then you find yourself, 20 years later, 30 lbs overweight, out of shape, taking blood pressure meds and thinking that this is just how it's supposed to be.


  Again, that's totally up to you.


  If you're ok with that, it's your life.


  But if you happen to be at a time in your life right now where that isn't ok with you, and you want to make a change, then I can help.
