Subject: Friend, new research finds that 'this' diet and exercise are best for weight management

Hey Friend,

A new study that just came out in May showed that women who did high intensity training AND combined that with Time Restricted Eating (otherwise known as FASTING) got better results than just doing one or the other.

Not really groundbreaking news though, right?

Of course if you do both you will get better results than just doing one or the other.

But take a look at what Rami Maaloul, PhD, and author of the study, had to say about what type of eating style they used in the study:

I'd like to just highlight and repeat what he said in the first sentence...

"We can highlight in this study that TRE (Time Restricted Eating, also known as FASTING) is a good solution to combat obesity, easy to implement since it does not require people to limit their overall food intake or count the total number of calories."

And one more time as I highlight the importance of some key words..

EASY TO IMPLEMENT since it DOES NOT REQUIRE PEOPLE TO LIMIT OVERALL FOOD INTAKE or COUNT CALORIES.

 Well, well, well.

What have I been saying for years???

Nothing is as easy when it comes to losing weight than fasting (or in this casewhat they refer to as Time Restricted Eating.

Nothing to count, nothing to track, nothing to weigh, nothing to measure.

You can still have a glass of wine (or two). :)

 You can still have chocolate.

 You can still have Doritos.

You can still live your life and have a lot of fun.

And you can still be lean and look great.

And as always, email me back if you want to get started on my fasting program called BUILT TO FAST.

It's the best decision your body is waiting for you to make.
